Front Desk Administrator

We are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team based in Glasgow City Centre. This is an important front of business role, which requires a diligent, organised individual who thrives working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. The successful applicant will have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office along with excellent attention to detail. There is potential to advance through the business into a technical Motor Claims Handling role for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12-months administrative experience, preferably in Motor Claims.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisatison skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative along with the ability to prioritise and manage deadline

Hours of work are fixed, Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:30, Friday 09:00 to17:00.

Motor Claims Handler

This is a superb opportunity with excellent prospects to join an expanding and progressive business.

Reporting to the Claims Manager, successful candidates will be experienced Motor Claims Handlers. In this role you will be expected to offer a premium level of service, handling commercial motor claims from cradle to grave. You will ensure all in-bound and out-bound calls and correspondence are handled in accordance with company procedures and service levels, making a positive contribution to the overall performance of the Motor Claims Unit.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12-months motor claims experience
  • Able to operate under pressure and maintain a calm and professional attitude
  • Excellent Literacy, Numeracy and Communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for customer service

The successful candidate will be a confident articulate team player with demonstrable technical experience and commercial awareness. A recognition of the importance of maintaining a first-class customer service is also required.
